Like spending your weekends running long distance with some awesome people? Join us this Sunday and let’s stretch out those legs, because WEEKENDS ARE FOR LONG RUNS!
This week, we’re headed out to Charlestown and looping to finish with some miles around the river!
Check out the Strava route links below for the different turnaround points for 6, 8, or 10 mile distances.
PACE: We do not have any formal pace groups, but generally we run socially at paces between approx. 7:00min/mile and 9:30min/mile. We will all start together, and groups naturally form around common paces and conversation. You are welcome to run at any pace you like. To enjoy & complete the run, you should be capable of comfortably running the indicated distance. If you end up running faster / slower than the rest of the group, you can follow the event’s Strava routes below.
BAG DROP: There will be a Mobile bag drop provided by a captain. A captain will direct you where to place your things. Please arrive 10 min early if you need to drop anything!
