鉀旓笍 REGISTRATIONS CLOSE on Wednesday, APR 29th, 8pm.
鈥硷笍You will be charged when registration closes to secure a spot in the tournament on Wednesday, April 29, after 8 pm.
馃毇 No refund after registration closing.
馃毇 No refund for net no-shows after registration closed. (No exceptions)
鉂岋笍 If your payment does not go through, heylo will notify you at the moment the app is scheduled to charge your card on file. Please correspond with us in resolving the issue, or we will cancel your registration.
馃毟 We are LIMITING the number of spots, but we will open up to more teams if we get enough teams (and nets) on the waitlist.
Please keep in mind that this is a not for profit organization, and refs are not paid professionals.
Advance & Intermediate Fee:

Possible Cancel:
馃尙 In case the weather forces us to cancel (for instance, wind > 20mph/raining heavily), you won鈥檛 be charged.
鉁达笍 If you or your partner have won Intermediate Gold Division 1st place or ranked in CBVA, you will be moved up to Advance.
馃洜 Tournament tool info:
鈿狅笍 This tournament will be running on Google Sheets. The tournament director will post all information on Google Sheet and any relevant information in event chat.
鈿狅笍 Please check your Heylo DM when you sign up, especially the week prior to the tournament date, in case the tournament director needs to contact you.
鈿狅笍 Requests after registration closes may not be fulfilled due to limited available time preparing for the tournament.
