TeamWRK — A few big updates as we head into the Spring training block. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SpeedWRK Returns to Brooklyn ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Tuesday SpeedWRK — Prospect Park Intervals 6:15 PM @ Brooklyn Library 6:30 PM @ East Lake Dr & Center Dr (water fountain) Thursday Tempo Runs 6:15 PM @ Style x Strength Performance Studio — 93 3rd Ave Routes: Prospect Park Lower Loop / Eastern Parkway / Brooklyn Bridge Park (rotating) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Partnership Update: Style x Strength ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We’ve been working with Dr. Bernard at Style x Strength for a while now, and this spring we’re taking it to the next level. Starting this month, he’ll be leading post-run strength & conditioning after every Tuesday and Thursday session — designed specifically for runners. Tuesday post-run: Band work & bodyweight conditioning at Prospect Park Thursday post-run: S&C with weights at SxS Studio (space is limited) Launch is free for all members — March 24 & 26, 31st & April 2nd. Come check it out. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Before You Join: Mobility Assessment ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Dr. Bernard requires a complimentary mobility assessment before working with new athletes — this is a good thing. It’s how he tailors the work to you specifically. Open slots to book:
