Partnership Update: Style x Strength

We’ve been working with Dr. Bernard at Style x Strength for a while now, and this spring we’re taking it to the next level. Starting this month, he’ll be leading post-run strength & conditioning after every Tuesday and Thursday session — designed specifically for runners.
Tuesday post-run: Band work & bodyweight conditioning at Prospect Park
Thursday post-run: S&C with weights at SxS Studio (space is limited)
Launch is free for all members
