If you are using Nike Training Plan, 6 Weeks To Go, Day 7, Revovery Run
Half Marathon Trainers: 35 minutes
10k Trainers: 25 minutes
5k Trainers: 25 minutes
Participants are welcome to run longer distances if they are training.
