EVENT FORMAT & PACE: 5K grooving through Central Park to some superb 70’s disco hits
Target pace will be between approx. 6:30min/mile to 10:00min/mile with three breaks for body weight exercises. To truly enjoy the night, you must be capable of running comfortably the indicated distance.
