The Sean Canan's Voodoo Players will have a Tom Petty concert at Atomic!
Doors Open at 7; concert at ~8; based on the past Voodoo concerts, showing up between 7:30 and 8:00 should be fine. Tickets are $24.14 ($20+fees) in advance, or $20.00 day of. I am hoping paying at the door will not have extra fees, and I plan on purchasing these tickets at the door. I don't expect this too sell out, but I will post comments if there are signs of a sell out so we can purchase our tickets.
The concert will occur on the big stage on the big back patio of the bar. If there is inclement weather, I assume they will move the concert to the inside stage, but we will see what happens if that scenario occurs. I will post my location in the venue once I arrive and get my first beer; if it is setup like the last time we were here, I will stand near the middle back of the patio, right in front of the sound booth.
I don't remember if they offer food during these outside concerts. They might have a food truck outside the venue or a table inside. I recommend eating before arriving just in case nothing is offered.
If you have not experienced the Sean Canan's Voodoo Players, I recommend coming out to hear them. They are a great St. Louis cover band, made up of a rotating ensemble of local musicians lead by Sean Canan, that covers a single band or artist at each show they hold. On April 24th, they will perform two packed sets full of classic solo Tom, Heatbreakers favorites, and a Wilbury salute to boot! Come on out and experience what should be an amazing show!
