🏃♂️ Wings for Life World Run 2026 – Training Runs 🏃♀️
On May 10th, we run for those who can’t. 🌍 The Wings for Life World Run is a global charity race where 100% of entry fees go directly to spinal cord research.
To prepare, we meet weekly for a community event- you can choose between a relaxed run or intervals (Early Birds x BASE5 x OPEN). 🏃

📍 Meeting point: BASE5
🏃 Option 1: Easy pace run with different groups
🏃 Option 2: Intervals @ Hofgarten
🥤 Free drink for every participant after the run
