The hike up the Sea to Summit Trail is steep and challenging — but the views make it worth it. We’ll ride the gondola down — great mix of effort and relaxation. The trail offers beautiful forest sections, scenic cliffs, and a spectacular panorama over Howe Sound at the summit.

• Location: Sea to Sky Gondola / Stawamus Chief Provincial Park, Squamish, BC
• Route: Sea to Summit Trail
• One-way distance: ~6 km
• Elevation gain: ~950 m
• Difficulty: Intermediate
• Estimated time hiking up: 3–4 hours
• Gondola ride down: Sea to Sky Gondola (timetable & fare apply) from Summit Lodge back to base.

What to Bring
• Waterproof hiking boots with good grip
• Layers (base + insulated) and a waterproof jacket — trail can be cold or wet depending on weather
• Gloves and warm hat
• Enough water (1–2 L)
• Snacks / light lunch
• Small backpack

• Fully charged phone (GPS helpful)
• Money / card for gondola ticket (for return ride)
