✨ Join us for our weekly bootcamp run designed especially in collaboration with Amstelveen Lentemarathon and Zorg en Zekerheid as a shakeout for the weekend’s races 🎉
Expect a fun city run through Amsterdam with: 🎶 Classic MR tunes 🤸 Stretching-focused exercise stops ...and more!
⏰TIMING 7:00pm Bag drop opens 7:30pm Group leaves bar for warm-up and run 8:30pm Cool down 8:45pm Post-run social!
🏃🏻‍♀️ RUN We run 5km as a crew with x3 dynamic breaks for bodyweight exercises/stretching! Speed demons up front will pause for exercises, allowing everyone to challenge themselves within their limits. It's: 1 Crew 🤝 + 1 backpack speaker 🔊 + 1 synchronized playlist 🎵 + 4 exercise stops 💪 = Midnight Runners ENERGY! ✨
💨 PACE Run your own pace! There's someone for every speed. We recommend you can comfortably run 5k to fully enjoy the experience.
🚨Please be SAFE on our runs and respect our run safety rules 👷🏻‍♀️: 🔦 Please bring lights + reflective bands! ⚠️ Run to one side & be mindful of pedestrians 🚦Follow traffic signals & crosswalks 📣 Follow Captain’s instructions
🍕POST RUN SOCIAL: We're a community! Stick around for drinks & food after the run. Bring card for payments.
