Welcome to Week Seven of our 8-Week Half Marathon Build-Up!
This week’s theme is FUEL. We’ve got a two-week taper before race day, which means the mileage in our training plans decreases a bit. Now it’s time to focus on setting a sustainable pace for the race, and creating your nutrition strategy before and during the event! After our bootcamp run, join experts Nick and Pascale for a talk about nutrition and running, and get answers to all your questions on this important topic!
If you’re running the Berlin Half Marathon, we’re here to get you race ready…if you’re not, we’re here to make you a stronger runner!
The event is totally free of charge - so just sign up on here and let's go!
The general pace to fully enjoy the evening is between 4min/km and 6:30min/km.
No matter if you are an oldie but goldie or it is your first run, half marathoner or here for fitness and vibes: everyone is welcome to join!
• Meeting point: from 19:00, Erchy’s, Choriner Str 84 • Run Start: 19:30 - Erchy’s • Bag drop 19:00-19:15 available…pack light • Toilet and changing is possible • Delicious food and drinks available for purchase at Erchy’s after the run
Be sure to remember your stamp card…attend at least 6 of the 8 boot camp runs in the build-up, collect your stamps after every run, and get a free lululemon race top!
*To register: Just click "Going" in the app. *To check in: When you arrive at the location, you can check yourself in with the app, or find a captain and tell them your name, they will check you in!
