Welcome to Week Five of our 8-Week Half Marathon Build-Up!
This week’s theme is BUILD, and is all about continuing to improve our fitness level. Were at the halfway point in our half marathon training journey, and after a slightly lighter load last week, we should be ready to push ourselves a little! Challenge yourself this week, both with your pace and during the bootcamp stops!
If you’re running the Berlin Half Marathon, we’re here to get you race ready…if you’re not, we’re here to make you a stronger runner!
The event is totally free of charge - so just sign up on here and let's go!
The general pace to fully enjoy the evening is between 4min/km and 6:30min/km.
No matter if you are an oldie but goldie or it is your first run, half marathoner or here for fitness and vibes: everyone is welcome to join!
• Meeting point: from 19:00, Generator Hostel, Oranienburger Straße
• Run Start: 19:30 - Generator
• Bag drop 19:00-19:15 available (paid lockers, bring 1-2 Euro or card)…pack light
• Toilet and changing is possible
• Drinks at nearby Späti afterward
Be sure to remember your stamp card…attend at least 6 of the 8 boot camp runs in the build-up, collect your stamps after every run, and get a free lululemon race top!
