Welcome to Week Three of our 8-Week Half Marathon Build-Up!
This week’s theme is FORM, and is all about running technique: a few small tweaks to our running posture and body mechanics can make a huge difference in a half marathon race!
If you’re running the Berlin Half Marathon, we’re here to get you race ready…if you’re not, we’re here to make you a stronger runner!
The event is totally free of charge - so just sign up on here and let's go!
The general pace to fully enjoy the evening is between 4min/km and 6:30min/km.
No matter if you are an oldie but goldie or it is your first run, half marathoner or here for fitness and vibes: everyone is welcome to join!
• Meeting point: from 19:00, Generator Hostel, Oranienburger Straße • Run Start: 19:30 - Generator • Bag drop 19:00-19:15 available (paid lockers, bring 1-2 Euro or card)…pack light • Toilet and changing is possible • Drinks at nearby Späti afterward
Be sure to remember your stamp card…attend at least 6 of the 8 boot camp runs in the build-up, collect your stamps after every run, and get a free lululemon race top!
*To register: Just click "Going" in the app. *To check in: When you arrive at the location, you can check yourself in with the app, or find a captain and tell them your name, they will check you in!
