About
Let's go to see this exhibition which is in the old White Star HQ in James Street, practically next door to the station. Tickets are £10-£12 depending how many of us go. I'll let you know which train I am catching and I will let you know what time it leaves Chester, Bache and Hooton. We could arrive before 3pm and have a cuppa first if anybody would like to?
Experience the story of the Titanic where it all began: at the former headquarters of the White Star Line in Liverpool. For the first time, a carefully curated selection of artefacts from the Titanic are on display in a quietly powerful, intimate setting. Titanic Deck Chair Come face to face with one of only seven surviving deck chairs from the Titanic. Wreck Artefacts Get up close with a small number of artefacts recovered from the Titanic’s wreck site. Pocket Watch See a pocket watch and fid used by Titanic Fireman William Major. Grand Staircase Take a close look at the largest surviving fragment of the Grand Staircase.
