Meeting Location and Time: Underdogs Cantina (for bag drop) by 6:20 PM
Oracle Park (for warm-up) at 6:30 PM.
Come tear up the streets of San Francisco Wednesday evening with Midnight Runners. Our bootcamp style run allows everyone to challenge themselves according to their own limits. We will run roughly 1 mile and then regroup for an exercise before taking off again! All paces are welcome; however, you should be comfortable running 5 miles. No one is left behind. The run is totally free, just bring some good vibes!

🏡 If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms consistent with COVID, please stay home.
⏰ Arrive early for bag drop and to check in on Heylo. Bag drop will close by 6:25 PM. We are unable to store large items (no bikes/scooters). Please limit what you bring.
🙊 Quiet your voices when captains are talking. This will help everyone hear the exercises, announcements, etc.
🏃 Follow good running etiquette: Stay on the right hand side and give way to other humans and their furry friends. Always be kind to others on the roads!
🌮 After the run, join us for post-run hang at the bar. Details below. Please no outside food/drinks and no pets.
