We host a variety of coach and member led workouts:

Coached track workouts on Tuesday nights
Coached pool swims on Friday nights and Sunday mornings 
Open water swim on Sunday mornings (starting in March)
Group bike rides on Saturdays

We also offer a variety of social events throughout the year. 

We're a fun and friendly group and would love to meet you!
