ERC Ladies will be reclaiming the streets, running and walking together once a week and lifting the curfew on women running during the dark nights across the winter season and providing support and encouragement during the long nights of the summer season! We will do a 5-6k run or walk loop, starting and ending at Costa Coffee. As an additional incentive we may make a cheeky stop for a drink or a pizza dinner on the last Monday of the month!
All attendees are asked to kindly complete our event registration form to help us with monitoring and review, planning numbers, and making sure the sessions remain safe, supported, and well-organised for everyone:
