Join us for a special Wednesday Morning Movement class led by guest instructor Dr. Alicia Caudill, Executive Vice President of Student Affairs at CofC and a 500-hour certified yoga instructor.
To celebrate our February focus on building relationships, Dr. Caudill will guide us through an all-levels energizing flow of poses. During class, she'll cue participants to notice how the mind shows up during movement, so you leave feeling more connected to yourself and the present moment.
After the workout, Dr. Caudill will join us at the front of the room on stage to answer questions from club members about her vision for building stronger connections and relationships on campus, and how she thinks about intentionality in her career as a leader, and in her personal life.
This class is a unique opportunity to learn from and connect with an exceptional campus leader while practicing intentionality together.
