Kick off your fall marathon training with the first of our two New York Flyers 3 Bridges runs. This fully supported long run is a great option for the NYC Marathon or any fall race.
The full route is 20 miles and follows much of the NYC Marathon course, reaching the Queensboro Bridge at about race-day mileage. Shorter options are also available at 15 miles, 16 miles, or earlier via subway stops along the route.
Included:
Pacers from 8:00–12:00 min/mile in 30-second intervals
3 fluid stations with water, Gatorade, and Power Gels
Bag check
Structured support and community
Fleet Feet will also offer a 10% discount to participants.

$20 for non-members
Not a member yet? Join for $30, and your $20 registration can be applied toward membership.
Timing:
Check-in: 7:00–7:30 AM at Fleet Feet, Columbus Circle
Pace group setup: 7:45 AM at Maine Monument
Start: 8:00 AM
Fluid stations: Located at approximately miles 7.1, 11.1, and 15. There are also public water fountains and bathrooms along parts of the route.
Route details and runner instructions will be shared with registered participants.
Don’t train alone—join us for a fully supported long run and a great marathon-training community.
