Welcome to Week Two of our 8-Week Half Marathon Build-Up!
This week is all about building our base fitness: the goal is to not start too fast and tire out by the end, but to stay strong and consistent throughout the entire run. Our boot camp exercises will support us in building our endurance engines!
If you’re running the Berlin Half Marathon, we’re here to get you race ready…if you’re not, we’re here to make you a stronger runner!
The event is totally free of charge - so just sign up on here and let's go!
The general pace to fully enjoy the evening is between 4min/km and 6:30min/km.
No matter if you are an oldie but goldie or it is your first run, half marathoner or here for fitness and vibes: everyone is welcome to join!
• Meeting point: from 19:00, Generator Hostel, Oranienburger Straße • Run Start: 19:30 - Generator • Bag drop 19:00-19:15 available (paid lockers, bring 1-2 Euro or card)…pack light • Toilet and changing is possible • Drinks at nearby Späti afterward
Be sure to remember your stamp card…attend at least 6 of the 8 boot camp runs in the build-up, collect your stamps after every run, and get a free lululemon race top!
