Come join a conversation with folks from Washington Wildlife First, the group that successfully stalled HJM 4004 last year. We will talk about how to stop that bill, and the others, that are moving through the Washington State house and senate. HJM 4004 and SJM 8013 both aim to modify the Marine Mammal Protection Act, and in the case of 8013, to also modify the migratory bird act. Let’s talk about what we can do!
