Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves consciously using your breath to experience an altered state of consciousness, release emotional blockages, and promote healing and self-awareness.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to breathwork, this circle offers a safe and supportive space for everyone.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This is an experiential gathering of 9 members plus 2 ministers
You'll be in a safe, supportive, nurturing and non-judgmental environment
After a round of introductions and intention setting, we partake in sacrament and set up on individual cushions in the ceremony space.
Your ministers guide everyone into relaxation with sound bowls and a meditation.
The breathwork recordings begin. Two back-to-back (45 min each) with a silent restroom and reflection break in between.
After the breathing portion ends, we serve fresh green smoothies and facilitate group sharing and integration.
WHAT TO BRING
✔️Comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation
✔️A favorite pillow and blanket to cozy up with (neutral colors if possible)
✔️A water bottle to stay hydrated
✔️An eye mask
✔️A journal for intention setting and integration
✔️An open heart and mind
✔️A friend or loved one if you would like to share the experience with them (they must register as well)
