About
This campsite is just 1.5 hours from Charlotte, yet feels like it’s a million miles away—perfect for unplugging and reconnecting with nature. This is a tent camping event. If you prefer to car camp, please contact Jen W. in advance.
Registration & Site Details
Registration is $15 per person, due at the time of sign-up. No refunds.
We have 4–8 campsite spaces, depending on tent size.
The site includes showers, flush toilets, and running water.
No electricity is available at the campground.
Food & Supplies
This is a bring-your-own-food weekend.
The nearest gas station is 15 miles away, and the closest town with food options is 23 miles away, so plan accordingly.
Equipment
This is a bring-your-own-gear event. A recommended packing list will be provided closer to the trip.
Camping equipment rentals are available through
LowerGear.com
and REI.
We’ll host a camping practice day on April 25 (rain date: May 2) to help you practice setting up tents, using camp stoves, and getting comfortable with your gear.
