Join the Bay Area Rivian Club for one of our longest-running traditions: breakfast at the legendary Alice’s Restaurant, followed by a scenic drive through the redwoods and out to the coast, where we’ll wrap up the day with a beach hike/bike. Dogs are welcome on leash.

7:00 AM — Arrival & Check-In
Pick up your shirt (if ordered), grab a name tag and giveaway ticket, and sign the waiver if you plan to join the drive.
Parking can be tight on weekends and cannot be reserved. Please be courteous to others and don't obstruct traffic. If the main lot and along 84 are full, overflow parking is available in the lot across the street for a small fee.
7:30 AM — Group Photo & Giveaway
8:00 AM — Breakfast Begins
Alice’s offers walk-up ordering and payment at the front counter. After you order, head around back and look for the BARC sign — that’s where we’ll gather to eat together.
On-leash, well-behaved dogs are welcome on the deck and outdoor areas.
9:15 AM — Depart for Scenic Drive

We’ll head down Highway 84 toward Pescadero, passing the Bay Moto Photo Booth along the way — smile for the camera! Photos are available later at: https://www.baymotophoto.com/
We’ll regroup near Stage Road in Pescadero, where folks can stretch, browse Arcangeli Grocery, and get ready for the coastal leg of the drive. Limited parking is available nearby or along Pescadero Creek Rd.
From there, we’ll continue north along Highway 1 to Half Moon Bay and finish the day with a hike on the beach or bike along the Half Moon Bay Coastal Trail. (You can also celebrate Earth Day with some beach clean-up. Bring your own gloves, buckets, and grabbers, if you have them.)

You may choose whichever access point works best for you:
• Redondo Beach — Free dirt parking lot at the end of Redondo Beach Rd. (No restrooms)
• Wavecrest Beach — Free parking across from Smith Field at the end of Wavecrest Rd. (Porta-potties usually available)
• Poplar Beach — Large lot at the end of Poplar Rd. (Parking is $10; restrooms available)
Note: Dogs must remain on-leash. Dogs are not permitted on State Beaches south of the golf course or north of Kelly Ave.

This is BARC’s oldest tradition and one of our favorite ways to connect with fellow Rivian owners, enjoy a beautiful drive.
