Deanna of BMC Seattle has planned a ski and snowboard trip to Japan and will be your point person for any questions about this trip.
We will be going to Hakuba, Japan January 17th to the 24th. We have been offered the Ski & Snowboard Trip Package Early Access 2027 by EVO.
In Hakuba we will be staying at the EVO Hotel. It has an Apres bar downstairs and midweek on Wednesday we have the opportunity to see the snow monkies and Zen Koji Temple for those that want to see them. The last evening will be spent in Tokyo. It is recommended to fly in and out of Narita as a bus will pick us up from that airport.
The price is $3950 and will be discounted to
$3650 for 10 -12 people BMC Members.
We also get an $200 Epic Pass discount if you have one.
The deposit is $1000, non refundable that can be paid directly to Evo. I ( Deanna) can connect you with Evo so you get your discounted rate and code for this trip specifically . The website only gives the option to pay in entirety at this time.
In the case that you do have to cancel, it can be used on a future trip through Evo. It is recommended that you make your reservation as soon as possible, as these trips do book up and the hope is the whole trip will be our members and our BMC friends. And you get the best rate!
The cost includes room and board, double occupancy, and there is an upgrade fee for single occupancy. However, it is a small hotel and single occupancy is limited.
Also- airfare is not included and it’s recommended to fly into Narita because that will be the meetup point and where the bus will pick you up. If you cannot make the meetup point, you have to be able to find your way to the destination on your own.
