Think you’ve got what it takes to hit 50?
Join us for a fun and slightly ridiculous challenge where you’ll aim to reach a total of 50 — made up of miles run, beers (non alcoholic welcome or milkshakes for a more difficult non alcoholic option ), and doughnuts. Mix them however you like … as long as you hit 50!
( 25 Silver tier and 15 Bronze tier options too)
This is completely unofficial and we are not liable for injuries sustained whilst full of beer and doughnuts.

🏃♀️ Start: 10:30 AM (After Parkrun, which counts towards the miles)
📏 Rules & Requirements:
You must complete all three elements:
✅ At least 5 miles
✅ At least 5 beers or milkshakes (min. size 330ml for beer, 300ml for milkshake)
✅ At least 5 doughnuts (no mini doughnuts!)
The rest is up to you — just make sure the combined total of all three equals 50.
Not feeling up to the full 50? No worries — come along, join the fun, and do as much or as little as you like. It’s all about having a good time!
There is no designated running route, you are free to do what you want and track the milage on your watch or phone, we have a suggested 4 mile loop that we can provide.

Important (but still chill) stuff
There is absolutely no pressure to drink alcohol. Milkshakes, non-alcoholic beers, and other soft drink alternatives are totally welcome and encouraged.
If you do choose to drink alcohol, don’t be a twat, DO NOT DRIVE! — plan transport accordingly.
🥇 Gold Tier – The Full 50

🥈 Silver Tier – Hit 25
Feeling semi-sensible? Go for 25 combined units of miles, drinks, and doughnuts.
🥉 Bronze Tier – Hit 15
Just here for the vibes? Go for 15 total and still earn bragging rights!
🍩 We’ll provide some beer, milkshakes, and doughnuts to get you going — but please bring your own too!
Expect a silly, sweaty, and sugar-fuelled day full of laughs and possibly regrets — but definitely memories. Come prepared, come hungry, and bring good vibes!
