About
🌿 WALK: Peak District- Teggs Nose Led by: Sarah Distance: 3 km Meeting point: Teggs Nose Country Park Pace: Gentle + inclusive and no one left behind
This is a lovely short 3km route around Teggs Nose Country Park with stunning views out over the Peak District and the Cheshire plains. The walk is mostly flat with a gentle incline and the option to climb up some steps to a view point. The route takes in the old quarry and there will be the opportunity to learn more about the mining that took place here from various information boards.
We will finish the walk with an opportunity to have coffee, cake and a chat at the cafe in the country park.
