Kick off the Spring semester with movement, intention, and community!
Join us for our first-ever Wilderness Ruck, an outdoor experience designed to help you start building strong habits for the semester ahead. A ruck is a walk with a weighted backpack—simple, yet challenging. The backpack symbolizing the habits, commitments, and discipline we choose to carry to build the lives we want.
On Sunday, January 11, we’ll leave the Intentionality Center at noon by charter bus and head to a beautiful wilderness area about 45 minutes northwest of Charleston. There, we’ll complete a 6.2-mile ruck along scenic trails, moving together at a steady walking pace.
Afterward, we’ll relax with a bonfire and catered BBQ, while we reflect on and share the habits we want to build this semester, and head back by bus at 6:30 PM.
If you’re ready to start the semester with intention, join us for this special club event.
