Run Length: 5km
Pace: Easy, sociable and chatty
An easy 5k loop along the Basingstoke Canal, through Mytchett Woods and back to Frimley Lodge, ending at the cafè where we there are hot drinks and food. There is free parking at Frimley Lodge park, but this run will be just after parkrun finishes. You can join that too if you have another 5k in you!
The route is almost entirely off road so trail shoes are strongly recommended. There are some hills in Mytchett Woods, but we will decide as a group how many we feel we can conquer on the day because there are so many paths and options. Faster runners can do extra hills!
We will be at a comfortable pace, noone will get left behind.
