Boston Gaymers and Queerdos are teaming up to bring Neurodiverse LGBTQIA+ folks in the Boston and Greater Massachusetts area for an afternoon of sensory-friendly board gaming. There will be an array of social and strategic games from BG’s library, stim toys, a designated chill area for reducing overstimulation, low lighting, and low sound.
We want folks to understand that they’re welcome to join any table at any time to ask what they’re playing, to share space, or join in for the next round!
We’ll also have a low-verbal table (folks who just want to focus on playing the game without a conversation about other subjects).
The event is mask-optional. Do not attend if you’re sick and test beforehand if you can, please! We’ll have masks for folks who need one.
