We're going to play what we like for the last tournament of the year.
If you dress up like Reindeers or any festive costumes, you get to be part of a raffle!
🤍🐘🎁 Bring a white elephant gift to play in our quick white elephant exchange. Keep gifts fun, useful, or thoughtful!!
We'll do a quick blind white elephant gift exchange for those that want to participate.
💰 $40/per team | $20 w/net (Sand Augers)
The entrance fee is used for:
✅️ Drinks - Hot CoCo will be provided
✅️ Food/snacks
✅️ Prizes
⏰️ Tournament schedule:
8 AM - Setup Nets [TAB for map]
8:20 - Check in [TAB with Pool Leaders]

8:30 - All Nets Up
8:35 - Tournament presentation & rules
8:45 - Warm-up
9:00 - First Serve Promptly Starts
Possible Cancel:
🌬 In case the weather forces us to cancel (for instance, wind > 20mph/raining heavily), you won’t be charged.
✴️ If you or your partner have won Intermediate Gold Division 1st place or ranked in CBVA, you will be moved up to Advance.

⚠️ This tournament will be running on Google Sheets. The tournament director will post all information on Google Sheet and any relevant information in event chat.
⚠️ Please check your Heylo DM when you sign up, especially the week prior to the tournament date, in case the tournament director needs to contact you.
⚠️ Requests after registration closes may not be fulfilled due to limited available time preparing for the tournament.
