Due to the bottom of the trails being covered in leaves 🍃🍂🍁and you’re unable to see hidden roots 🪵& rocks 🪨 underneath , the route I created is a flat gravel 🔁 loop that is repeatable. This loop is designed for individual paces. Keep up this late fall/winter with an active pace. I plan to work on my speed but you can run as fast as you can or come power walk, it’s about 1.25 mile loop so you’ll pass each other on repeats. I love nature but can’t risk another fracture or fall… so come surround yourself with the trees 🌲 🌲🌳🌲🌳 and start your week off right!
