Shin is Hong Kong's Animal Flow Master Instructor and a lululemon legacy ambassador. A Physical Education university graduate, he is dedicated to enhancing community wellness through fun and effective methods. A seasoned media professional, he brings over a decade of experience as a sports TV presenter and football commentator. He also expertly instructs TRX, Rope Flow, Yoga, and Kickboxing.

Adrianna is a wellbeing coach, yin yoga & sound facilitator based in Maldives. She specializes in restoring life-work synergy through mindfulness, somatic yoga, and habit-building coaching, helping busy minds align daily choices with deeper values.
With a background in high-performance hospitality, she found her anchor in Yin Yoga Therapy. She is passionate about sharing this transformative practice that teaches how to slow down and listen to the body's quiet wisdom for deep, restorative healing. Her expertise focuses on using long-held floor poses to strengthen bones, prevent osteoporosis, and release deep-seated tension.
