Andrea has arranged an African & Caribbean Dental Association x Black Girls Do Run UK blood donation session at the NHS Blood Donation Centre, Westfield Stratford.
This is a chance for us to give back in a different way — by rolling up our sleeves to help save lives. ❤️

📍 Location: NHS Blood Donation Centre, 1st floor, Westfield stratford city, London E20 1EJ
Please eat well beforehand and stay hydrated.
It is advisable to avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours after donating blood to allow your body time to replenish fluids and blood cells.
Whether it’s your first time donating or you’re a regular, everyone’s welcome to join this meaningful act of community care and solidarity. 💚
