About
Greetings Everyone - October 2026 we will be visiting Sydney Harbour and the famous Royal National Park for Trekking, Walking, Eating and a little shopping and drinking. A Total of 4 days
🇦🇺 Ready to take the plunge and join your first Global Trekkers getaway? Our 4-day Sydney escape is the perfect intro.
Think scenic walks through iconic neighborhoods, delicious meals shared with great company, and plenty of laughs over drinks.
We’ll explore the best of Sydney together—harbour views, the Royal National Park, local gems—but there’s also free time built in so you can chase your own interests, whether that’s art galleries, beach swims, or boutique shopping. It’s relaxed, social, and designed for connection without pressure.
Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or just dipping your toes into group travel, this trip is all about good vibes and shared experiences
Come solo or bring a friend—either way, you’ll leave with new mates and great memories.
Spots are limited, so jump in here:
🇦🇺 Some words to inspire you: This long weekend offers three distinct walks through Sydney’s natural and urban beauty.
On Thursday, we begin with the tranquil Riverside Loop in Lane Cove National Park—a gentle 6km circuit along the riverbanks shaded by eucalyptus, perfect for easing into the rhythm of the trip.
Saturday’s adventure stretches from Manly to Narrabeen Lagoon, a scenic coastal walk with optional swimming stops at Freshwater, Dee Why, or Collaroy.
After the walk, enjoy free time to explore Sydney’s CBD—perhaps visit the Art Gallery of NSW, wander through Pitt Street Mall, or relax in Hyde Park.
Sunday’s walk from Rose Bay to Watsons Bay offers harbour views, historic sites, and secluded beaches like Milk Beach and Camp Cove, with another chance to swim.
Each day blends movement, nature, and flexibility, allowing you to connect with the landscape and each other while enjoying solo time and refreshing dips. Bring sun protection and your curiosity.
Friday - The Royal National Park:
The Bundeena to Wattamolla coastal walk is a stunning 10.5km stretch through Royal National Park, offering dramatic cliff views, sandstone formations, and serene beaches. Starting from Bundeena Wharf, hikers pass Wedding Cake Rock and Marley Beach before reaching Wattamolla’s lagoon and picnic area.
From there, the trail continues south to Eagle Rock and Curracurrong Falls—where a freshwater stream plunges into the ocean beside a cliff shaped like an eagle’s head.
This optional 8.8km return section adds breathtaking scenery and a sense of wild isolation. It’s perfect for those wanting to extend the adventure or pause at Wattamolla for a relaxed finish.
