It’s Simchat Tora and we’re meeting for another workout!
📍 Meetup: 72nd St & East Drive, Central Park.
We’ll jog together to the 000 mark next to the MET (on the CP loop) and split into pace groups there.
The workout: 2km reps at HM pace.
• Advanced runners: 3-5 reps
• Beginner runners: 2-3 reps
Goal: Run 2km at HM pace, rest for 2 min.
Bonus: Finish with 2-8 45 sec hill sprints on Cat Hill!
