We’re pleased to be partnering with our friends at Runlimited for this week's Sunday Long Run!
We'll be running 16km via Regents Park and up to Hampstead Heath, before finishing back at the Runlimited store for some refreshments! ☕
📍MEETING POINT: Runlimited (Baker St)
⏰ MEETING TIME: Arrive from 9:15 for a warm up to start running at 9:30.

🏃♀️PACE: We have a variety of paces but generally we run between 5:00min/km to 5:45 min/km. Our runs are social and we will regroup every 5-6km. If you want to run faster / slower, please make sure you have the route!
✅ BAG DROP: You can leave bags at the Runlimited store if needed. Please note there is limited space so best to travel light!
