Rise and shine, Runners! 🌅 Grab your yoga mat 🧘♀️🧘 and join Fleet Feet and Yoga instructor Molly for a FREE Yoga class taking place in our Elk Grove Fleet Feet store!
The class will focus on uniting your breath and body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. The class will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, feel alive and revived.
🕗 When: Doors open at 8:45 AM, and we’ll kick off promptly at 9:00 AM (don’t be late!).
