This event is for our students, other volleyball organizations, and people who want to make this event a memorable one.
馃彁 SFBV is a non-profit organization. We all volunteer our time to share and grow this community. Our goal is to make the OPEN Doubles Tournament into a festival where people can enjoy watching beach volleyball with good food and get to know what SFBV is all about.
鈿狅笍 We are LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS to make this event successful.
鉁达笍 VOLUNTEERS - Day of Volunteers will be essential for security, cleanup, answer questions for event guests, keep clean and safe court/beach, among other assigned duties in helping the event run smooth...
鉁达笍 NET OWNERS - Those who are not in the tournament but want to let SFBV use their net for this event will get a small swag bag as a thank you for contributing to the community.
鉁达笍 ADMIN - You will be responsible for a department of the event. You will work with the tournament director in organizing your department. We will have assigned tasks and duties to perform before/ during/ after the event to ensure it runs smoothly.
鉁达笍 ADMIN PRINT/SOCIAL MEDIA - We are looking for someone or a group of talented people who can bring this vision to fruition. We will be on a timetable to get sponsorship printed items out to distribute. You/group will also be responsible for creating clips for social media with sponsorship tags and post. You will also maintain make sure we live up to our sponsors' expectations.
鉁达笍 ADMIN for VENDORS - You will be liason and responsible for organizing the vendors and preparing them for a successful event. You will also make sure to help facilitate their setup and breakdown at the event.
