We’re meeting for our second NJR workout!

This week’s focus: Tempo Run
• Advanced runners: 4.5-5 miles at HMP (half marathon pace)
• Beginner runners: 3.5-4 miles at HMP (half marathon pace)
📍 Details:
We’ll start on time!, so please don’t be late!!
We’ll warm up together with a run to The Met (000 marker), then split into pace groups.
The route will go counterclockwise through the 102nd Street Transverse, Three Sisters, and the lower loop.
We’ll finish with an easy 0.5–1 mile cooldown to Columbus Circle.
