This November we decided to go running together Milano21.
You can register for 10km or half-marathon.
Regitering together is good for many reasons, in particular if some of you have never participated in a big race in their life. Participating together we can:
•
help each other in the registration process
•
support each other at the start
•
share a common program and tricks to get ready
•
stimulate each other to keep running every week!
Here is the website for the registration:

The half marathon is "competitive" which means you need an agonistic medical certificate and you need either to belong to a club or register to the run card.
It's a bit annoying but I can help you in case you need to register to a run card and to look for a medical center where they do agonistic certificate.
The 10km is both "competitive" and "non-competitive".
In the non-competitive one you do not need any certificate however the only issue might be that people are not devided by time at the line up, so your position at the start will depend only on the time of your arrival at the start line. If you plan to do your PB (Personal Best) you migth get stuck behind some slow person which will impair your final time. In that case think of either arrive very early or reigster for the competitive one.
After the run we will all have lunch at a nice restaurant (place to be decided) all together.
I know racing can be a bit stressful because it puts pressure on us. However, I can guarantee that after your first race, you will want to do another one!
If that does not happen you can blame it on me :-)
Hope to see you ALL there!!!
