This session is all about learning the basics of sailing! Jay, captain of the charter boat Mental Healing (@sailmentalheeling), will walk us through:
⚓ Knotwork
⚓ Points of sail
⚓ Sailing terminology
⚓ Plus plenty of time for your questions
Jay is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also makes learning fun — and you’ll even have the chance to sign up for a sail with him afterward! 🌊
We’ll also have lawn space and outdoor games, so feel free to bring your own too. Bring a pen + paper… we’re headed to maritime school! 🌊
