For this day, we are meeting up at:
Goodwin Park 6 mi. group run, including about a 2mi. base route. Join us for any distance & feel free to adjust based on your abilities, training plan, etc. !
For future meetups, training & location will be updated in the Heylo event & may include, but are not limited to:

Interval training (walk/run)
•
Long runs (4-12 mi., as szn progresses)
•
Track workouts (repeats, ladders, etc.)
•
Ramp-up & recovery support
Elizabeth Park, Riverside Park, Keney Park, Colt Park, local tracks, outdoor fitness areas & other wellness spaces
