Are you signed up for the Brussels half of full marathon? Or just want to join in for a park loop? Come and join us for an easy and fun 5K shakeout run.
This time we will be joining forces with the famous Coach Alaa's interval training on Saturday, the 1st of November at 9:50 am.
Coach Alaa will show us some warm-up exercises, stretches and running drills, and after that we will gently loop around Cinquantenaire Park, finishing back at the track for some (optional) strides that will awaken our muscles for the upcoming race.
We will have 3 paces for the shake-out :
