⏰ Time: 6:35am (perfect for anyone hopping on the 6:29 train from Ware)
🏁 Proto Bakery (the end of the 7k route)
We’ll be heading out on a scenic 7k river route to Great Amwell, then looping back toward Ware for that all-important post-run coffee stop. Fancy an easier return? You can hop back on the train after, or you can run back fuelled on pastries and coffee!
No exercise stops this time...just a smooth, feel-good pace with chilled beats from the likes of Maribou State, Bonobo, Barry Can’t Swim and more to soundtrack your morning 🎶
