By request, we’re starting with yoga this time! Get stretched, warm, and in the right mindset for the clinic with a flow led by a professional instructor. Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one! We will bring a few extras for those who don't have mats.
🏐 9:00–10:00 AM | Outdoor Beach Clinic focused on Offense @ The Strand
☕ 10:00–11:00 AM | Coffee & Community Social
Wrap up with coffees and bagels from our OOS Social Club coffee bar. Kick back, connect, and recharge with the same people you just trained and played alongside.
