Get ready to tear up the streets with Midnight Runners!!! 🔥
The run is totally FREE and is open to all levels, just bring some good vibes⚡️
📍 LOCATION: Library Ale House 💫RALLY + BAG DROP: 6:45 pm 👟KICK-OFF: 7:00 pm 🥂SOCIAL: 8:30 pm (Bring ID + $ for drinks)
REGISTRATION: Please RSVP on the Heylo app. The event is free but we have limited spots.
BOOT CAMP RUN We will be running 5km with 3 breaks for bodyweight exercises. We run as a crew. The speed demons at the front can throw in a couple of burpees or situps every mile to wait for the others. This is our Bootcamp run that allows everyone to challenge themselves within their own limits. 1 Crew of Runners

3 dynamic exercise stops = MIDNIGHT RUNNERS tearing up the city streets!
PACE Run at your own pace. There will be someone to run with no matter how fast or slow you want to go. We do ask that you are able to comfortably run 5k to fully enjoy the experience.
AFTER RUN DRINKS We are a community so we also like to socialize - come join us for some post-run shenanigans at the bar! Bring some cash/card in a bum bag for drinks at the bar after the run.
BAG DROP If you have a backpack or a jacket, bag drop at the bar is available anytime before 6:55pm. Please come ready to run as there are no change rooms. Ask our crew captains if you have any questions - look for the COLORED CAPTAIN armbands.
