Here’s the deal:
8:00 PM: 5K Run 🏃♀️
An evening shakeout with Great Day. Zero pressure, just good energy, friends, and a chance to move together before we heat things up. (Not a runner? No problem—skip straight to the sauna party.)
9:00 PM: Sauna + Cold Plunge 🧖♀️🧊
Think guided breathwork, music, steam, and social connection. You’ll flow between sauna and ice baths in Othership’s gorgeous new Williamsburg studio, with facilitators leading us through an immersive, social experience.
Why you should come:
✨ $35 (normally $65, because we love you)
✨ Gays + friends + whoever wants to join -- this is open to anyone and everyone
✨ An alternative to the usual night out (and you’ll actually feel good the next day)
✨ Other clubs will be there, so expect a big mix of community
