plant spirit connection: receiving teachings that plants can offer us in the emotional and spiritual realm guided by wisdom from myth, stories, and folklore. this includes the optional tasting of plant preparations.
story weaving: merging introspective journaling with deep listening to co-create new stories. no prior writing experience required - there is no right or wrong way of doing this and you’ll receive guidance for the process.
