the 8th annual Montana Pitmaster Classic!
Professional and amateur contestants from all over the US and Canada come to compete for the Montana State Championship of BBQ in the categories of chicken, pork ribs, pork, and brisket.
This is a free event BUT if you want to taste world class BBQ and vote for your favorites you can buy dinner and drinks right from the vendors. There will be dozens of amateur and professionals grilling up amazing BBQ to taste. The Pitmaster currency is tokens available for purchase ahead of time at Kenyon Noble or at the gate. Want to save time? Get your tokens prior to the event so you can go right in and start eating!
And there is live music to boot!!
Proceeds go directly to Gallatin Valley YMCA to support youth and scholarship programs.
